Shipping & Returns

Shipping/delivery is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $15 within Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

In-person Pick Up

Free in-person pick up available between Thursday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned merchandise must be:

• In its original condition.

• Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.  

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

To initiate a return please email kristin@definemedicalaesthetics.ca and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Six Nations/Haldimand-Norfolkcontact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
